If any apparel you bought from us ruptures within 6 months, we replace it free of charge — whether you ordered in our Store or on eMAG.

Email contact@yosrit.com with your order number — your YOSRIT order number or your eMAG order ID both work.

Attach a photo
A photo of the damaged item is all we need. No forms and no return shipping — keep the damaged piece.

Get a free replacement
We confirm your claim and ship a replacement at no charge.
Covered
- Fabric rupture or tearing in normal use
- Seams coming apart
- Within 6 months of purchase
- All apparel we import (JIL, Embrator)
Not covered
- Normal wear and fading
- Wrong size ordered
- Damage from misuse or alteration
- Non-apparel items
This is a voluntary commercial guarantee (garanție comercială) offered by YOSRIT S.R.L., Strada Doctor Leonte Anastasievici 9, Bucharest, Romania, valid 6 months from the date of purchase within the EU. It does not affect your statutory rights under the 2-year legal conformity guarantee (garanția legală de conformitate, OUG 140/2021).
