This Privacy Policy explains how YOSRIT S.R.L. (“YOSRIT”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit yosrit.com or contact us. We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Romanian law.

2. What data we collect

  • Contact data you send us by email or messaging (name, email address, phone number, company, and the content of your message).
  • Technical data collected automatically by our hosting server (IP address, browser type, pages visited, date/time) in standard server logs.
  • Cookies and similar technologies, as described in section 6.

3. Purposes and legal basis

  • To respond to your enquiries and provide our services — legal basis: steps prior to a contract / performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
  • To operate, secure and improve the website — legal basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
  • To comply with legal, accounting and tax obligations — legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).

4. Sharing and recipients

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with service providers acting as processors on our behalf — for example our hosting provider and email provider — under appropriate data-processing agreements, and with public authorities where required by law.

5. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above: enquiry correspondence for up to 24 months, and data required by law (e.g. invoices) for the periods set by Romanian legislation.

Our website uses strictly necessary cookies required for it to function and to remember your language preference. We do not use advertising cookies.
